Golf Swing Lesson...
It's all in the print-out.
This is without doubt my personal favourite golf swing lesson. It involves throwing a tennis ball against my garage wall. I take my normal golf stance for this and throw the ball with my right hand at about chest height.
During this lesson I am trying to achieve a level of relaxation that verges on perfect. A perfect relaxation of the body and mind. As throwing a tennis ball is a gross motor skill, these are not so difficult to achieve.

If you were ever in a hospital, you will have seen all sorts of graphic monitors measuring all sorts of scientific levels. For example, heart beat, breathing or even stress levels.
The print outs are sometimes like mountain peaks when you look at them and sometimes very fine waves, depending on what's being monitored. We are going to activate our own inner monitor while carrying out this lesson.

The use of this inner monitor is very important in these two processes. The fine tuning of this monitor is what separates the great players from all the rest.
I would be so coy as to say that Tiger Woods' swing (body) monitor would be a bit rougher than his mental (mind) monitor, which would be as smooth as a river of syrup.
